General Questions
We manufacture Prefab Tiny Houses, Space Capsule Houses, Camping Mobile Homes, and Apple Cabins. All are fully finished with insulation, electrical wiring, and plumbing—ready to live in or rent out.
No. While our homes work beautifully for glamping and resorts, they are fully engineered for permanent living, hotel expansions, commercial plazas, parks, farmhouses, and even construction site housing.
Not at all. We sell single units to individuals as well as large orders to commercial clients. Whether you need one Apple Cabin for your backyard or fifty capsules for a resort, we can help.
The Buying Process
Simply contact us via phone, email, or the form on our website. Tell us about your project, and we will provide pricing, model options, shipping estimates, and answer any questions.
You pay a 50% deposit after signing the contract. This secures your production slot. The remaining 50% is due before delivery or as specified in your contract.
Typically 30 to 50 days, depending on the model and customization level. We build in stages: frame → insulation → utilities → finishing.
Absolutely. Every client is welcome to visit our factory and see their house being built. We encourage it for peace of mind.
Yes. Every order includes a detailed contract covering: model specifications, optional features, electrical/water standards, payment terms, and delivery date.
Foundation & Site Preparation
You should prepare the foundation while we are building your house. We provide detailed drawings and instructions so you or your local contractor can get the land ready.
We provide specific drawings for each model. Most of our homes work with concrete piers, screw piles, or a simple gravel pad. We do not require full basement foundations.
We include all internal systems. You or your local electrician/plumber will need to connect our systems to your existing utilities using our wiring diagrams.
Delivery & Installation
You have two options:
Whole house delivery – Fully assembled. Installation takes just hours.
Parts delivery – Flat-packed components. You assemble using our detailed video instructions or hire one of our partner installers.
You can arrange your own freight forwarder, or we can recommend trusted shipping partners. We will provide exact dimensions and weight for accurate quotes.
We provide step-by-step video instructions and detailed drawings. If you are not comfortable doing it yourself, we can connect you with local installation partners.
For large commercial projects, we can provide installation support. For single units, we recommend using our instructions or local contractors. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Space Capsule House – Futuristic curved design, larger floor plan, typically 1-2 bedrooms. Ideal for hotels and resorts.
Apple Cabin – Compact, rounded shape, cozy interior. Perfect for backyards, glamping, or small rental units.
Yes. All our homes include high-quality insulation in walls, floor, and ceiling. They are designed for year-round living in most climates.
Steel frame construction with durable exterior cladding. Interior finishes are high-quality and ready for move-in.
We offer customization within our existing models (layout, finishes, windows, etc.). For fully custom designs, please contact us to discuss minimum order quantities.
With basic maintenance, expect 20+ years of life. The steel frame is designed for durability, and all materials are selected for long-term performance.
Pricing & Costs

No. Your contract will clearly state: house price, customization costs, and delivery terms. Foundation preparation and utility hookups on your land are your responsibility.
Currently, we do not offer direct financing. However, we can provide detailed invoices for you to seek financing through your local bank or lender.
After-Sales Support
We provide warranty coverage on manufacturing defects. Specific warranty terms are included in your contract. For general maintenance, we can provide guidance.
Yes. We can supply replacement windows, doors, panels, and interior components as needed.
Homes delivered whole are movable but require professional transport. Homes delivered in parts are designed for assembly in one location but can be disassembled and reassembled with effort
